A First Class Relic of Saint Gianna Beretta Molla arrived finally to Australia!! I’m certain that the graces from her presence and her intercession to Our Lord Jesus Christ will be outpouring!
This Year 2022 we were Blessed to have this special Relic of Saint Gianna at St Joseph’s Maronite Catholic Church in Croydon, Sydney, NSW at her Feast Day 28th of April.
Thank You, Lord, to You Firstly, Our Almighty, for this blessing! For giving us Saints to look up that are tangible examples for all of us, Your daughters and sons.
Secondly, I cannot thank enough to His Excellency Bishop Antoine-Charbel Tarabay , Maronite Eparch of Australia, New Zealand and Oceania for hearing a humble petition from a lay mum and requesting the First Class Relic for Australia to Saint Gianna’s daughter Dr. Gianna Emanuela Molla.
A special and deep thanks to Dr. Gianna Emanuela Molla who’s life’s dedication to spread the devotion to her “mamma”- like she calls her – are and will continue to give immeasurable fruits worldwide and now even more thanks to her, personally and directly, sending a relic of her “Saint Mom” to Australia.
I would like to also thank Jennifer Nelson from the Sisterhood of the Traveling Relics of St. Gianna who’s assistance made it possible to reach out directly to Dr. Gianna Emanuela Molla.
I would also want to give a huge and massive thanks from the bottom of my heart to Fr. Danny Nouh and everyone involved in this beautiful celebration at St Joseph’s Maronite Catholic Church by hosting The Precious Relic of St Gianna knowing that her presence would give courage and an example to follow to women and mothers, reminding us all that a mothers work – although always hidden – it’s never hidden to the eyes of God and that we are all call to be Saints and raise Saints for the Glory of God’s Kingdom.
Another thank you is a must, with all my heart, to my Spiritual Director who’s support during my Ministry is summarised into his constant encouraging words: “Keep going, keep going”. Thank you, Abouna Jean.
And thank you to all of you, women: Mothers, grandmothers, sisters, daughters, to all the husbands, brothers, and everyone who cleared up their schedules to be present during the over 12hrs Veneration of the Relics. Many pilmigraged around Sydney either dropping their children to be looked after while they went, or picking up a dear one to accompany them to St Joseph’s Church… It was just beautiful and breathtaking to see!
May the graces of St Gianna’s intercession with God’s Almighty Power, Love and Mercy, pour through to all of you and grant your petitions
